Or, as humans who know of this like to put it, "Toe licking clean." This phrase comes from the observation of a common mating gesture initiated by females, in which she slides her foot up to a male fairy's lips and encourage him to open his mouth and let her push her toe in for him to lick. Once he realizes how clean she is, he'll continue on until he has licked both her feet. She then kisses him deeply, for obvious reasons: she's taking an active part in this faith. The logic is obvious: no woman fairy would go near a male with soiled feet because she has a duty to kiss him after he's done licking her feet! And males are vigilant about their hygiene because they never know when the female may forcibly flip the switch on him: plus, at times, female fairies may also lick his balls to make him horny.

Humans, of course, in the act of making cunnilingus popular among fairies, would rebuff a fairy's attempt to get him to lick her toes and instead dive face first into her crotch - for a woman fairy, this has become the ultimate act of faith in her cleanliness. Plus, there is the added benefit of the odd heart stopping orgasm.
